The All-Party Parliamentary Group on Commercial Sexual Exploitation brings together parliamentarians to work for an end to all forms of commercial sexual exploitation. We lead research and advocacy in Parliament to tackle all forms of commercial sexual exploitation. We seek public policy that works effectively to support people who have experienced sexual exploitation, hold perpetrators to account and combat demand for sexual exploitation.
What is commercial sexual exploitation?
The exchange of money, employment, accommodation, services or other goods in return for sex acts is sexual exploitation. Commercial sexual exploitation is a form of violence against women. It is a cause and consequence of sex inequality.
